- Upgrade or downgrade anytime — upgrades apply immediately.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
- Open the billing portal (powered by Stripe) to update payment methods and view invoices.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Helix never stores your full card details.
