1. Purpose

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models, model weights, algorithms, or source code;
circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, entitlements, rate limits, or other access controls;
resell, sublicense, share, or provide access to the Services to third parties without authorization;
use the Services to build or train a competing product or model;
upload or transmit malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data beyond your own account except via authorized interfaces;
misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use another user's connection keys or credentials.

3. Security and integrity

You must safeguard your credentials and connection keys, use the Services in good faith, and promptly report vulnerabilities or suspected misuse to our security team. Responsible disclosure is welcome — see the Security page.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, suspension, termination, removal of content, and referral to law enforcement. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect the Services and users.
