Onboarding never shows 'Paired'
- Confirm the connector window is still running and shows a connected status.
- Check the connection key was copied correctly (it's shown once — regenerate if unsure).
- Verify the cloud URL matches the one on the Onboarding screen.
- Make sure NinjaTrader is running with the Helix add-on imported and is connected to data.
Dashboard data looks stale
The dashboard goes stale if the connector stops. Restart the connector; your trading in NinjaTrader is unaffected while it's down.
NinjaTrader add-on won't compile
Remove any duplicate or .helixbak backup files from the add-on folder — duplicate class declarations break the NinjaScript compile. Keep only the single official add-on file.
Can't sign in
- Use 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in screen to reset.
- If Google sign-in is blocked, ensure pop-ups are allowed for the site.
